I was born and raised in the west side of San Francisco, earned my degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears! ) and have enjoyed my entire professional career living in the SF Bay Area, including Palo Alto, Cupertino, Saratoga, San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, and Pleasanton. My three daughters grew up through the Cupertino Union School District where I continue to remain involved with in various voluntary committees and fundraising events. Inquisitive by nature, I enjoy learning the details that make up the overall successful customer experience. The 'what if' scenario is constantly played out in my mind as I try to stay prepared for all circumstances and limit the number of surprises. This includes studying property areas to know market values and inventory, real estate contracts to ensure the safety of my clients, and constantly learning best practices through training and continuing education. Further added value to our relationship will be my ability to garner well qualified resources in the related areas of finance, inspections, home improvement, appraisals, remodeling, staging, taxation, and real estate law. Each real estate purchase or sell experience is as varied as the property being listed or searched for, and is as unique as each client's objective, situation, and personality. As such, each client relationship that I entertain begins with an interview to learn about your personal situation and goals before designing an individual strategy for success. I am happy to partner with you whether you are a first time buyer, looking to upgrade to a new location, or perhaps wanting to downsize to a smaller home. Prior to joining Alain Pinel Realtors, my extensive background included product marketing, international sales, software development, customer operations, escalation management, and customer advocacy roles for several Silicon Valley companies. I have held management and leadership roles at large corporations such as Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, and Xerox, a few medium size companies, and along the way founded a couple of much smaller entities. This multi-faceted and interdisciplinary background allow me to see the entire picture while giving attention to all the details necessary to make your transaction as smooth as possible.
